Thanks to the generosity of Nigel Cook, a donation was given to Silverstream Reserve last week, at an event held in the Kaiapoi Library.Nigel organized a Chair Art exhibition, and Silent Auction of four chairs which he upholstered, and were beautifully painted by local artists.
Our proceeds may go towards seating in The Oval area of the Reserve. This is where we will hold another Boulder Copper Sounds music event on March 17 2024. Nigel is organising this event as well.Keep the date free. We’d love as much support as possible. We’ve ordered fine weather this time!This year’s event was fantastic, despite having to move it inside, due to the rain.
